Saturday Consulting in HR session updates from Go For Gold 🪙

Out and about to consulting appointments with managers of businesses in Geraldton WA.

The 4 managers are in various industries .

One had been detecting early signs of an employee that were not showing happiness in their current position.

They seemed to have changed in the last two months but kept saying everything was fine when politely asked.

I was able to gather information from said individual with a one on one booked afterwards.

Win win situation...as I had a great opportunity for this employee that had been listed in my recent recruitment list.

It turned out he was lack luster in his role as he wanted to move…
